Succession Planning
In the 2004 PCPS Succession Planning Survey, 400 firms were interviewed about their succession plans. The results showed that while over 60 percent of all firms surveyed have owners aged 63–65, only 19 percent have a written succession plan in place. PCPS is devoted to providing resources that will help CPA firms address their most pressing problems. Given the importance of and interest in Succession Planning, we have decided to include it as one of our main resource topics.
