Charles E. Landes, CPA, is Vice President, Professional Standards and Services Group, for the AICPA. He is a former member of the Auditing Standards Board and was a member of the Audit Issues Task Force. Before joining the Institute, he was partner in charge of the accounting and auditing practice of a large local firm in Ohio.
