Different size firms have different needs. That's why PCPS has organized Networking Groups for small-, medium-, and large-sized firms. Through each group's informal system, members assist one another with common goals, concerns, and objectives.

Organized by firm size, each group meets twice a year. Attendees pay a registration fee in addition to being responsible for their travel and lodging expenses. Each group plans its own agenda for individual meetings. Rules concerning attendance requirement, participation guidelines, and other operational issues are established by each individual group. Meetings are held at a location also chosen by the group.
